Jacksons Restaurant-Rotisserie-Bar invites you to dine Caribbean-style this summer. Let the steel drum beat lead the way to a spicy celebration on Jacksons patio. The award-winning restaurant, adjacent to the DoubleTree by Hilton Pittsburgh Airport, is again hosting Jamaican Me Jacksons, a summer-long celebration of the island’s atmosphere, food and festivals. You’ll feel as if you are on vacation as you sip Sangrias on the patio and dine from a Tapas menu of jerked chicken, Jacksons Jamaican crab cake and coconut-crusted scallops. The party begins Friday, June 3, 2011, and runs every Friday through Aug 26, 2011. Space is limited, so reservations are requested; and there is no cover charge.
